Job Overview:
As a Photographer you will lead shoots end to end — from the mood board and the shot list through to the graded, retouched final set. You will shoot product, lifestyle, interiors and people for brands across several categories, and you will be the person on set everyone else looks to when the light changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead photo shoots, including mood boards, shot lists, locations and schedules.
- Shoot product, lifestyle, interior and portrait work on location and in studio.
- Light scenes to brief, and know when to break the brief for a better frame.
- Cull, retouch, colour grade and deliver final assets in the formats each channel needs.
- Work with the content and performance teams so the images serve the campaign, not just the album.
- Maintain the camera, lighting and grip kit, and flag what needs replacing.
- Build and maintain an organised archive of client assets.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional photography experience with a portfolio across several categories.
- Command of a full-frame camera system, studio strobes and natural light.
- Strong retouching and colour grading skills in Lightroom and Photoshop.
- An eye for composition, styling and detail that holds up at full resolution.
- Ability to direct non-professional subjects and keep a set calm.
- Comfort managing your own timelines across several clients at once.
