For the creative roles, yes. It does not have to be a polished website — a Drive folder, a Behance page, a YouTube channel or even college work is fine. We care about what you made and why, not how the portfolio is packaged.
A short call to understand what you want, a conversation with the team you would work with, and a small paid task that resembles the actual job. Most candidates hear back within a week of applying.
Yes, every internship at Viralon is paid. Interns work on live client projects from the first month, and the ones who prove themselves over the course of the programme are offered a full-time seat.
Our studio is in Lucknow and most roles are in-office, because the work is collaborative and a lot of it happens on set. We are flexible about hours and we do not count minutes.
