Job Overview:
As a Video Editor you will cut everything from thirty-second performance ads to long-form brand films. You will be the person who decides what the footage is actually about — pacing, structure, sound and grade — and who makes a hundred reels a month feel like one brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit brand films, performance ads, reels, testimonials and event recaps.
- Build structure and pacing from raw rushes, not just assemble to a script.
- Design sound, mix audio and choose music that carries the cut.
- Colour correct and grade to a consistent brand look.
- Create motion graphics, titles and subtitles as the cut needs them.
- Deliver in every aspect ratio and spec each platform requires.
- Work with the performance team on variants, hooks and the versions that test best.
- Maintain an organised project and asset structure others can pick up.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional editing experience with a reel across formats.
- Command of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, and working knowledge of After Effects.
- Strong sense of pacing, sound design and story structure.
- Colour correction and grading skills.
- Ability to turn around high volumes without the quality slipping.
- Comfort taking feedback from clients and performance data alike.
