Job Overview:
As a Videographer you will own production from pre to post — shooting brand films, reels, testimonials and event coverage for clients across categories. You will be responsible for how the footage looks and sounds, and for bringing back a cut that works before anyone touches the edit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan shoots end to end: treatment, shot list, location recce, schedule and kit list.
- Operate camera, lighting and audio on location and in studio.
- Direct talent and clients on camera, including people who have never been on set.
- Capture coverage that cuts — not just footage that looks good in isolation.
- Manage data, back up footage on set and hand clean rushes to the edit.
- Collaborate with the editor through post so the intent survives the cut.
- Maintain the camera, lens, lighting and audio kit.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of professional video production experience with a reel to show for it.
- Command of a mirrorless or cinema camera system, lighting and location audio.
- Strong understanding of framing, movement and lens choice.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve for on-set review and rough cuts.
- Ability to run a small crew and keep a shoot day on schedule.
- Comfort working across several client projects at once.
